I come to you with a background in meeting planning, sales & marketing, public relations, event management / coordination and client relations. I served two terms on the MPI Greater Orlando Area Chapter Board as the VP, Marketing/Communications, from 2014-2016, as well as the MPI Global Foundation liaison. Previously I served as the Director of Communications, and was asked to be on the Founding committee for the MPI Global Emerging Leaders group. From 2015-2017, I sat on the Membership Committee for MPI Georgia. From 2017-2019, I sat on the Communications Committee for the MPI Greater New York Chapter. Currently, I sit on the Membership Committee at the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter.
In the association world, I’m a member of ASAE, sat on the ASAE Young Association Executives Committee as the Engagement Chair from 2012-2014; a member of the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). I served as the Membership Chair from 2019-2020, and currently on the FSAE Board of Directors, as well as sit on the Membership, Associate Advisory, and Foundation Grant Task Force committees.
I hold the CMP accreditation as well as certified as a Qualified Association Specialist, a Meetings at Sea certification, a Hospitality & Tourism Management Certificate, & the Emergency Preparedness for Events Certificate.
